Omega Healthcare Books Yr On Yr Declines In Q1 AFFO Per Share and Revenues

Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) said Monday that it booked adjusted FFO of $161.3 million, or $0.78 per common share, in the first quarter, falling from $176.7 million, or $0.86 per share, in the same period of 2017 but exceeding consensus estimates of $0.75 per share.

The company also saw a year-over-year decline in its first-quarter total operating revenues, down from $231.7 million to $220.2 million, but also exceeding consensus estimates of $19.6 million.

Omega affirmed its full-year 2018 guidance for adjusted FFO of $2.96 to $3.06 per diluted share, covering consensus estimates of $3.01 per share.
