Kaman Exceeds Q1 Adj EPS, Sales Estimates

Kaman (KAMN) said Monday that it booked a first-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $36.1 million, from $25.0 million in the same period of last year, with adjusted diluted earnings per share improving from $0.22 to $0.55 and beating consensus estimates of $0.46.

The company also improved its first-quarter net sales from $435.9 million to $463.3 million, slightly exceeding consensus estimates of $463.1 million.

Kaman revised its full-year 2018 outlook for total sales to between $1.86 billion and $1.94 billion, covering consensus estimates of $1.89 billion.
