INDAG Maschinenbau Acquired by Addtech Process Technology in Bid for Market Expansion

In a bid to expand its market reach, Addtech Process Technology has announced the acquisition of 90% of the outstanding shares in INDAG Maschinenbau GmbH. The agreement was signed today, and the closing has taken place.

INDAG Maschinenbau GmbH is a leading producer and seller of dynamic inline mixers to the process industry. The company focuses primarily on the food and chemical segments and has a strong niche position in an internationally growing market. Its solutions are exported globally, and the company has its headquarters in Borsfleth, Germany. INDAG has 40 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 5 million.

Addtech Process Technology is a business area in the Addtech Group, and INDAG will complement the operations within the Process Systems business unit perfectly. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.

INDAG’s Current Owner to Retain 10% Shares

The current owner and Managing Director of INDAG, Mr. Wilko Willuhn, will remain a minority shareholder with 10% of the shares in the company. This move is expected to ensure continuity in the management and operation of INDAG.
