The game’s AI has been designed to react realistically to everything players do; if players are spotted by enemies, then those enemies will sound an alarm and call for reinforcements. If reinforcements arrive and the player is still in combat then they will continue fighting until one side is victorious or the player decides to retreat. In addition, if players kill civilians, then they will automatically fail the mission they are on.

Multiplayer Modes

While Ghost Recon Wildlands can be played entirely in single-player mode, there are also two multiplayer modes available: cooperative multiplayer and competitive multiplayer.

In cooperative multiplayer mode, up to four players can play together in order to complete missions; each player will have their own unique skill set which they can use to support their teammates (for example, one player might be good at sniping while another might be good at close quarters combat). In order to make things more challenging each player will only have a limited number of lives which means that if one player dies then they will have to wait for a teammate to revive them before they can respawn.

Competitive multiplayer mode pits two teams of four against each other in a variety of different game types such as deathmatch, domination, and king of the hill. There are also a number of different maps available which are all based on locations featured in the single-player campaign; however, some parts of these maps have been altered specifically for competitive multiplayer mode (for example, the cover might be added or removed).
